Better Homes & Gardens Elliott Coastal Living (BHGRE ECL) came together this week to celebrate and recognize employees with a posh luncheon at Vine Bistro. Real estate agents from Pawleys Island all the way up into coastal North Carolina came together in Myrtle Beach to socialize and honor another.
To kick things off, everyone drew numbers to have a go at the fun and hilarious “pin-a-tie-on-our-broker-game”…using Ron Jackson’s poster from when he was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS® in December.
After the game, Ron led the group in a blessing before everyone enjoyed the delicacies of Vine Bistro including soup or salad and divine toasted Ciabatta bread. Each guest had a choice between Eggplant Parmigiana, Salmon in Lemon Cream Sauce, Lasagna and Chicken Marsala. For dessert, we each had the tricky task of choosing between Tiramisu or a cannoli. No matter the choice, everyone enjoyed their meal! If you haven’t been there yet, we highly recommend you dining at Vine Bistro…if not for the food, for the ambiance and wine!
Satiated, the group sat back and listened to an inspiring keynote by Ron followed by advice and kind words from the head honcho, Rick Elliott.
Ron took back center stage to present the awards. And we are so excited to announce to you the six of our sales associates whom have been formally recognized by the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate national franchise for their excellence in performance. - Adrianna Derrick was awarded Rookie of the Year . This award recognizes the success of a recent licensee. This award is a performance and nomination based award that is given to the one top rookie with the highest closed unit count for 2017. The winner must have received their license in 2016, and have a full year of 2017.
- Booker Clark was awarded Most Improved. Most Improved recipient has the largest percentage of increase in sales volume year over year.
- Sharon Dudley was awarded the P.A.I.G.E. Award – Better homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living brand’s core values – Passion, Authenticity, Inclusion, Growth, and Excellence. One sales associate or team will be recognized based on their application of these values to their business.
