We’re back! Today we would like to introduce you to another agent that has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living, Stacy BeLue. Stacy is the daughter of a Career Military Officer, so she grew up living in many different places, both abroad and in the United States of America. She attended college at UNC Pembroke in Pembroke, North Carolina where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice. After college she went to work for a law firm as a litigation paralegal. She has been working for the law firm for over 5 years performing many duties along with what is expected of a litigation paralegal. She is also the administrative lead in the day-to-day operation of the law firm. She is the first person and the last person that the client makes contact with as the office liaison. She also does many other tasks to make the law firm run efficiently.
Stacy was married in 2010 to the love of her life here in Myrtle Beach. When they are not working, they enjoy the beach and traveling. Stacy also enjoys looking at houses, seeing the varied décor and styles. Stacy has a great business sense, and once she sets a goal, she actively pursues it. Q: Stacy, there are many real estate agencies located in North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and along the Grand Strand, but you chose BHGRE. Why?
A: I chose Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living because it has a great reputation for quality and most people are familiar with the brand and what it stands for.
Q: How will you market yourself to a potential client that causes them to choose you as their agent?
A: I will market myself as being very efficient and aggressive in marketing the client’s home if they plan to sell it. If they are purchasing a home or property, I will be at all inspections and appraisals, guiding the client through all of the procedures involved in buying or selling their property to be sure that their experience is as stress free as possible. If they have any questions, I will be available to answer them.
Q: What assets do you have that will contribute to your success as a beach real estate agent?
A: As a litigation paralegal, I have learned many skills that will be of value to me as a real estate agent. Two of the most valuable are my ability to build relationships and my negotiation skills.
Q: Now that you are a Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent, what do you like best about the job?
A: I like the fact that I will be able to control my career and my career advancement. My success will depend solely on my own perseverance and hard work. My job as a real estate agent will also be varied from day to day with a great deal of mobility. I am sure that I will enjoy the various challenges that I encounter as well as seeing the various properties. I don’t expect it to ever be monotonous.
Q: As a real estate agent at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in the Myrtle Beach area, you will not have set office hours, so you have to be self motivated. What motivates you?
A: I enjoy problem solving and helping people with their projects. Once I interview my client and determine what their expectations are and requirements in a home or property, I will enjoy finding exactly what they want.
Q: When you list a house for a client in the Myrtle Beach area, what means of marketing will you use to reach other realtors and potential clients?
A: I will use all of the marketing features that are available to me through the Better Homes and Gardens organization. I will also have professional photographs taken to showcase the property in the best possible light. Then I will use creative, strong, aggressive marketing to get the property to as many potential buyers and real estate agents as possible.
Q: How will you create your client base as a Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent?
A: I plan to get involved in the community, creating my own sphere of influence as well as using my current sphere of influence. I will also work preset hours at the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living office responding to calls and taking leads. Another way that I will create my client base is through mail outs, call outs and open houses.
Q: What do you think will be the most rewarding aspect of your job as a real estate agent for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in Myrtle Beach?
A: I think the ultimate reward for me as a real estate agent will be seeing the smile on the clients’ faces as they realize that they have found their dream home and are in love with the house that I have helped them find. I want every client to find their forever home like I did.
