Hi there! We are back again to introduce you to another beach real estate agent that is new to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Ravin Session. Although Ravin has recently signed with our company, she is not new to the Real Estate Sales business. She has had her real estate license for two years, and she successfully closed 15 transactions in her first year as a real estate agent. That is quite spectacular and certainly speaks to her competence, skill and industriousness as a real estate agent.

Ravin grew up in Paterson, New Jersey, living with her grandmother, who was a florist and owned her own business. After high school, Ravin attended Kaplan University in Chicago and earned a Business Degree. She worked as a Property Manager for a commercial real estate business in New Jersey for fourteen years before she took over her grandmother’s floral business. Ravin became a full-time florist for five years until she was bitten by the love bug.

On a trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Ravin met her future husband during motorcycle week. He was from Andrews, South Carolina, so they developed a long-distance relationship. When Ravin and her boyfriend decided to get married, Ravin rebranded her full-service flower shop into Beau Soleil Weddings which she still owns. Deciding that Andrews was not a place that she wanted to relocate to, Ravin and her new husband moved to Conway, South Carolina. They are also fostering four children.

Ravin stays very busy as the foster parent to four children and a real estate agent, but she still finds time to enjoy her hobby—motorcycle riding. Q: Ravin, there are many real estate agencies located in North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and along the Grand Strand, but you chose BHGRE. Why?

A: I decided to join the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living because it is a well-respected brand with more exposure and ease of access for potential clients. The company also offers more tools for use with listing clients and streamlined advertising.

Q: How will you market yourself to a potential client that causes them to choose you as their agent?

A: I am very knowledgeable of the Grand Strand area and can give my clients a lot of direction once they give me the specifications that they desire in a neighborhood. I also am very familiar with the real estate industry since I worked as a property manager for 14 years and have been a real estate agent for two years.

Q: Now that you are a North Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent, what do you like best about the job?

A: I really enjoy meeting people as well as seeing the available properties and how the market changes from area to area. Being close to the beach is certainly an additional perk.

Q: As a real estate agent at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in the Myrtle Beach area, you will not have set office hours, so you have to be self motivated. What motivates you?

A: I have financial goals and in order to meet them, I will need to set a schedule and stick to it. I also like having the ability to set my own schedule as a real estate agent. Independence is another goal that I have set for myself and in order to be independent, I must be successful. Being a successful real estate agent will mean financial independence, so my goals will push me to put in the hours to reach my goals.

Q. When you list a house for a client in the Myrtle Beach area, what means of marketing will you use to reach other realtors and potential clients?

A. I will use social media, google, Facebook ads, Instagram, email blast marketing as well office email. Of course, I will also use all of the tools that available to me through Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living to get my listings widely advertised and accessible to potential clients and other real estate agents.

Q: How will you create your client base as a Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent?

A: I will create my client base through networking, farming, consistently meeting new people and working at the office a couple of times a week receiving leads and following up on calls.

Q: What do you think will be the most rewarding aspect of your job as a real estate agent for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in Myrtle Beach?

A: The most rewarding part of my job as a real estate agent is the moment I hand over the keys at a closing. I really enjoy seeing the excitement and satisfaction that my clients get from home ownership and finding the home of their dreams.
