MEET SHARON DUDLEY, NORTH MYRTLE BEACH REAL ESTATE AGENT

Hi!  We are back again to introduce you to another fabulous agent, Sharon Dudley.  Sharon grew up in Baltimore, Maryland with two younger sisters.  Both of her parents worked for Western Electric, an old telephone company, until they retired.  After high school, Sharon went to work as a legal secretary.  She was married a few years later and had two children, a son and a daughter.

Sharon’s husband was in law enforcement for 42 years.  While living up north, they would come to vacation in beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  While she and her children enjoyed sun-bathing and riding the waves along the Grand Strand—her husband loved to spend his time playing golf in the “Golf Capital of the World”.

When it was time for Sharon’s husband to retire, they decided that they wanted to relocate to an area where the climate was mild and the golf was abundant.  The Grand Strand was the obvious place to look for the exact piece of Myrtle Beach real estate that they wanted to buy as a permanent home and live the relaxed beach life.

Q:  As a North Myrtle Beach real estate agent, how do you market yourself to potential clients so they will want you to represent them in buying or selling Myrtle Beach real estate.

A:  I send out letters and postcards, conduct open houses, and advertise in local real estate magazines.

Q:  Which type of Myrtle Beach real estate do you prefer to sell Myrtle Beach oceanfront condos for sale, houses for sale in Myrtle Beach or Myrtle Beach land for sale?

A:  I prefer to sell condos and houses.  They seem to be the most sought-after Myrtle Beach property and I enjoy meeting the people that own them.

Q:  As a North Myrtle Beach real estate agent, what do you like best about the job?

A:  I really enjoying meeting new people and showing them the beautiful Myrtle Beach real estate that our area has to offer.  I also like helping the client get their own Myrtle Beach property.

Q: As a beach real estate agent at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in North Myrtle Beach, you do not have set office hours, so you have to be self-motivated.  What motivates you?

A:  I set professional goals for myself, both short- and long-term goals.  It is exciting to monitor my progress as I reach the short-term goals on the way to reaching the long-term goal.  I always like to excel in whatever endeavor I pursue.

Q:  When you list a house for a client in the North Myrtle Beach area, what means of marketing do you use to reach other realtors and potential clients?

A:  I take pictures and list it in the MLS which is the number one source.  I also send out flyers, emails and use the websites that are available to realtors to market their Myrtle Beach real estate.

Q:  How did you create your client base?

A:  I acquire leads from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living during my office time.  I also send out marketing letters to inform clients in specific developments about the marketing value of their homes or condos in case they are interested in selling.

Q:  What do you find most rewarding about your job as a Myrtle Beach real estate agent for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in North Myrtle Beach?

A:  I love to find the client the right house or condo they desire as well as sell clients’ Myrtle Beach real estate in a reasonable amount of time and see how excited they are to move on to their new adventure.
