Meet Our New Realtor®–Joanne McPoland

Early Life

Raised in Long Island, NY, Joanne was first attracted to the Grand Strand by the low cost of living, year-round warm weather, the 60-mile stretch of beach, and world-class golfing.

“After growing up in New York,” Joanne said, “the southern charm of this stunning oceanfront community felt like a little slice of coastal paradise.”

Before receiving her realtor’s® license in September 2019, Joanne spent more than 30-years working in customer service across a variety of different fields: including retail, technology, medical.

Now, as a licensed realtor® with BHGRE Elliott Coastal Living, Joanne will use her vast talents and passion to assist the people of her adopted community with all their real estate needs.
