Meet Our New Realtor®- Dale Hand

There is nothing more exciting than adding a new member to our team here at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living. Today, it is with great pleasure that we introduce our newest realtor®– Dale Hand.

A native from the small town of Morris located in upstate New York, Dale Hand took part in the construction business in 1982. He became a resident of Horry County in 1992. While vacationing in Myrtle Beach to play golf during the offseason, Dale fell in love with the area. He began Real Estate in 2004.

We were curious so we asked Dale what set him apart from the rest. “Being in the business for over a decade and having construction knowledge gives me the skills and expertise to guide my clients through the real estate process and ensure they have a smooth transaction,” Dale said.

When Dale is not selling real estate, he enjoys practicing softball with his two daughters and spending time with his wife.

“I love to meet new people and can’t wait to see the excitement they have after finding the perfect property,” Dale said.

So, if you’re looking to buy or sell a property on the Grand Strand, keep in mind Dale Hand and your friends and BHGRE Elliott Coastal Living. For over 60-years, we have been proudly serving the people of the Grand Strand with all their real estate needs. Using the latest technology and most innovative strategies, our friendly team of real estate professionals will work tirelessly to help you turn your dream of homeownership into a reality.

Kyle earned his Masters and Bachelors Degrees from the University of Alabama. A native of the Upstate, Kyle fell in love with the Grand Strand as a child during summer vacations with his family. A passionate writer, reader and world traveler, he can always be found on the beach with his head in the clouds and a book in his hands.
