Today, we would like to introduce you to one of our rising stars, Jeremy Williams. He has been a part of the Better Home and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living real estate agent staff for 13 months. He is young, friendly, ambitious and doing very well at growing his business as a new North Myrtle Beach real estate agent.
Jeremy grew up with one older brother in Longs, South Carolina which is approximately ten miles outside of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Jeremy’s father owned a construction and cabinet business and his mother is a third-grade teacher at Ocean Drive Elementary, which is in North Myrtle Beach.
Sadly, Jeremey’s father died in 1996, but his mother was fortunate enough to find love again and married a missionary. Jeremy’s stepfather just returned from a mission in India. He raises money to help build houses and churches for third world countries.
Jeremy graduated from North Myrtle Beach High School and attended Charleston Southern University where he majored in Sports Psychology and Athletic Training. Deciding he needed a change of scenery, Jeremy moved to Virginia, where his brother lives and finished his college degree in Civil Engineering. After finishing his degree, Jeremy remained in Virginia for a while and worked in restaurant management where he gained a great deal of experience in dealing with people, managing a business and satisfying customers through his work. Missing the sunny climate of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Jeremy moved back home where he continued to work in restaurant management.
Jeremy decided to put his background in engineering, as well as his skills in estimation and building houses, into use by going to school to be a North Myrtle Beach real estate agent. Let’s check with Jeremy and see how he feels his North Myrtle Beach real estate business is progressing.
