Hello again, today we are back to introduce you to Brenda Gray, a beach real estate agent that is new to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, but she is not new to real estate sales. Brenda earned her North Carolina Real Estate License in Charlotte, North Carolina approximately 12 years ago.
Before Brenda became a real estate agent, she had an extensive career in sales and marketing of office furniture and office products as a Business Development and Relationship Specialist. This job helped Brenda develop many skills that transitioned well into the real estate industry such as customer relations, marketing, sales, and perseverance, as well as, how important it is to be dependable and honest in every transaction.
Brenda is married and has two wonderful stepsons and a granddaughter. Although Brenda works hard as a beach real estate agent, she enjoys playing hard as well. She loves gardening, painting, ceramics, reading, and socializing with friends. She and her husband also enjoy frequent motorcycle trips.
Let’s get to know Brenda a little bit:
Q: Brenda, there are many real estate agencies located in Pawleys Island up to North Myrtle Beach, but you chose Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living. Why?
A: I owned a house and a condo in Ocean Drive for several years and became familiar with the excellent Elliott reputation. BHGRE has such reliable national presence and brand recognition, I am honored to be part of such a great partnership.
Q: What qualities do you have that you feel will help you become a successful real estate agent?
A: I am responsive, curious, diligent, determined, and honest. I feel that these qualities will help me persevere to achieve my clients’ goals.
Q: As a Pawleys Island Real Estate Agent, what do you like best about the job?
A: I have always traveled to the Grand Strand as a child, teenager, and adult and just love the paradise we now call home. I believe making the “home ownership dream” come true for our clients is the biggest reward of all.
Q: When you list a house for a client in the Myrtle Beach area, what means of marketing do you find most valuable in reaching other realtors and potential clients?
A: I will access all the technology available to promote the property and hold open houses. The BHGRE Website is a great tool to use along with MLS.
Q: How will you build your client base in the Myrtle Beach area?
A: I will receive ZAP leads and utilize my website domain, Brendagrayrealtor.com, as well as, social networking. Farming certain neighborhoods and giving out loads of business cards everywhere I go will also be instrumental in developing my client base. I will also be sending out regular emails, postcards and flyers as well as making phone calls to potential buyers and sellers.
Q: What will be most rewarding about your job as a real estate agent for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in Myrtle Beach?
A: I am working with such a great group of true Real Estate Professionals and learning all I can from them. With that, I’m confident that I will list and sell homes, and that will be rewarding.
