We are pleased to introduce you to our highest producing new North Myrtle Beach real estate Agent, Billie Stefansky—winner of the Rising Star Award from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Before Billie became a beach real estate agent, she lived in Raleigh, North Carolina where she worked in business administration and sales. Some of the skills that Billie used during those years to help her clients obtain their goals were honesty, effective listening and teamwork. These same skills have benefited Billie tremendously as a Myrtle Beach real estate agent.
While Billie lived and worked in North Carolina, she would vacation in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in our beautiful North Myrtle Beach real estate when she had an opportunity. Billie is an avid shagger and North Myrtle Beach is a shagger’s playground. The Shag is the South Carolina State Dance and Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has many shag venues. North Myrtle Beach hosts SOS (Society of Shaggers) several times a year. It is the place to be, if you participate in our state dance, while you enjoy our beautiful ocean, sand, and surf. These are just some of the reasons that Billie enjoyed visiting North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and felt like it was home before she ever bought Myrtle Beach real estate.
In August 2010, Billie relocated to the Grand Strand and began her career as a Myrtle Beach real estate agent. Billie not only works as a beach real estate agent, she also works in the rental side of the business at Elliott Beach Rentals. This gives Billie ample knowledge in our beach real estate market to assist potential clients in buying or selling Myrtle Beach real estate. Billie feels that understanding the rental income market for vacation rentals is very important as she helps clients purchase Myrtle Beach real estate to use as an investment.
Billie is enjoying her own Myrtle Beach real estate and all the luxuries as she builds her Myrtle Beach real estate business. She is very industrious, knowledgeable, and works hard providing her clients with dedicated, honest, and friendly service as she helps them fulfill their Myrtle Beach real estate goals.
