Hello! We are back again to introduce you to Anjanette Fluharty. Anjanette is a native of Florida and had a wide-range of experiences before becoming a beach real estate agent for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
While living in Florida, Anjanette worked as a cross-themed server in Walt Disney World. This means that Anjanette was trained at the different restaurants, so she could cross-over from one to the other to fill the schedule for each restaurant as needed. It sure sounds like Anjanette has a great memory to be able to learn how to serve effectively in several different restaurants. This would certainly be a great quality to have as a beach real estate agent in remembering the requirements for a specific client while searching for their potential Myrtle Beach real estate.
Eventually, Anjanette moved to Georgia and became a real estate agent. She also earned her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation which elevates her skills and knowledge in the real estate field and gives her ongoing specialized information, programs and updates to help her stay on top of the issues and trends in real estate. This designation also gives Anjanette access to REBAC, a members-only marketing tools and resources. These additional tools give Anjanette a competitive edge which helps her successfully represent her clients.
Anjanette feels that education is important and helps her to be the best beach real estate agent that she can be, so she also earned her Certified New Home Specialist designation. This designation helped her understand all aspects of working with new-home buyers, homebuilders and builder-broker relations. She became very familiar with the complicated home construction process and acquired the knowledge and ability to understand it from beginning to end.
While Anjanette was a real estate agent in Georgia, she won Rookie of Year for the combined counties of Charlton and Camden. She also got involved with humanitarian projects by volunteering to work with the Habitat for Humanity.
Eventually, Anjanette’s husband was relocated back to Florida, so she pursued an education in Culinary Arts at Notter School of Pastry Arts in Orlando, Florida, earning a European Patisserie Degree. While in Florida, she again worked at Disney at the Grand Floridian as a Pastry Chef. Anjanette also owned her own company, Life is Sweet Boutique, where through excellent customer service, great passion, delicious pastries and hard work, she built a very successful business.
In 2016, Anjanette relocated to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and decided to pursue a career in beach real estate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living. This time around, she will be working with beautiful oceanfront homes for sale in South Carolina, Myrtle Beach oceanfront condos for sale, and other beach property for sale, but she wants to specialize in the Intracoastal Waterway Lifestyle. Anjanette believes that the coastal south is the greatest area to live, work and play, and enjoys all that the Grand Strand has to offer from North Myrtle Beach down to Pawleys Island. Let’s see how Anjanette’s new business is going.
“Walking with the purpose of making other’s lives better enriches my own. I am in this business to deliver a gracious and excellent experience that will be the bridge my customers and clients travel to reach their destination. Real estate is not moving, people are. I want that journey to be a good one.” -Anjanette Fluharty, Mission Statement
