Recently, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living has been presented with an incredible opportunity of growth. In order to increase our market share, we have created a team that focuses primarily on gaining new listings and nurturing them until a successful close. The more listings our agency can acquire, the more opportunity we will have for more transactions to occur. So it is with great excitement that we announce the creation of our EC Listing Connection Team.
To build and grow a successful team, we’ve welcomed people with similar values to join us in serving the real estate needs of all our clients with the highest quality of service. Each of us as individuals is deeply rooted in our faith and in our families, but we’ve all come together to unite with one common goal; to serve the needs of others, with our core values being the focal point of how we do business.
The EC Listing Connection Team specializes in helping owners sell their homes, although they have many years’ experience working with both buyers and sellers. The team has in-depth knowledge of market conditions in our area and study the multiple listing service activity reports each day so they can advise homeowners as to the best listing prices for their homes for sale.
Once they are successful in finding qualifying leads, they will prepare listing presentations, host open houses, and market the properties through social media and more conventional methods. These listing agents work side by side with their clients throughout the process, from getting their homes ready for sale to contract negotiations. They do everything in their power to represent their clients’ best interests from the listing agreement to the date of closing.
That said, we are excited to announce that Michelle Forrester and Rebecca Turner are the professionals of the EC Listing Connection Team.
Michelle Forrester has an extensive background in new construction home building and home site sales. With fifteen years in the fashion and interior design industry, she has lived in Hawaii, North Carolina, Georgia and California before moving to Charleston. Through her travels she has acquired a love for the home purchasing process. Today, she has been in real estate over fourteen years and truly enjoy helping individuals in their home buying and selling process
Rebecca Turner earned her Bachelors in Social Work from Marshall University. While working at the Huntington Housing Authority, she gained experience working with HUD and VA housing programs. Additionally, she has over 20 years customer service and retention experience she utilizes daily to ensure she understands the wants and needs of each individual client.
With our growing real estate territory, from Bald Head Island, NC to Georgetown, SC, we are looking forward to having this team on board to provide these additional services and supplement our Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living real estate professional family.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living has made a long-term investment in our market area with the goal of hiring the highest quality sales agents who are committed to promoting our full range of company services and building lasting client relationships.
