Hello again. We are
back to introduce you to one of our new real estate agents, Val Boulineau. Val might be new to the real estate business,
but he is not new to the Grand Strand.
He was born and raised in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; therefore,
he is very knowledgeable about the culture and demographics of the
neighborhoods along the Grand Strand.
This is definitely an asset for a beach real estate agent to possess.
Val has spent the past twenty years plus in the health and
fitness industry. He is married to
Amanda, and they have two sons that attend college in Baltimore, Maryland. They also have four fur babies and are huge
supporters of the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach and other charitable
organizations in the area.
Although Val had a long, successful career in the health and
fitness industry, he really enjoys being outdoors, so he decided to change
vocations and become a real estate agent.
As a real estate agent, he will have the opportunity to spend a great
deal of time outdoors viewing and showing properties as well as utilizing the
public relations skills that he has learned during his previous career.
Val is now a member of the Better Home and Gardens Real
Estate Elliott Coastal Living team and is establishing his new business as a
real estate agent. Let’s find out how
things are going with Val as he is building his clientele.
Q: Val, there are
many real estate agencies located in North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and
along the Grand Strand, but you chose Better Home and Gardens Real Estate
Elliott Coastal Living. Why?
A: I know and have
great respect for the owner of the company and the Elliott reputation here in
the area. Better Homes and Gardens also has a great deal of technology that is
available to agents to assist them in better servicing their clients. The company has outstanding training
workshops as well which keeps the agents up to date on all aspects of the real
estate business.
Q: How will you
market yourself to a potential client that causes them to choose you as their
agent?
A: I will always
provide superior customer service, and I have a great desire to over exceed my
clients’ expectations.
Q: What assets do you
have that will contribute to your success as a beach real estate agent?
A: I have one of the
beach’s best companies and their resources and knowledgeable staff behind
me. I also have excellent public
relations skills, enjoy meeting new people, and a commitment to being one of
the best real estate agents on the beach.
Growing up as a native to the area has given me an additional skill
set—a wealth of knowledge about the Grand Strand and the various neighborhoods
within and around it. Once a client
states what they want in a real estate venture, I am sure I will be able to
find it.
Q: Now that you are a
North Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent, what do you like best about the job?
A: I enjoy helping
others realize their dreams of homeownership and helping others find the right
investment properties.
Q: As a real estate
agent at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in the
Myrtle Beach area, you will not have set office hours, so you have to be
self-motivated. What motivates you?
A: I am a
self-motivated entrepreneur. I have a desire to control my own professional
destiny and be my own boss.
Q: When you list a
house for a client in the Myrtle Beach area, what means of marketing will you
use to reach other realtors and potential clients?
A: I will use every
tool in the Better Homes and Gardens arsenal including social media and other
marketing outlets. It doesn’t hurt that my wife is a digital marketing expert.
I will also hold open houses. You just never know when the right person will
walk through that door.
Q: How will you create
your client base as a Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent?
A: I was born and
raised in the area, so I already have an extensive client database to utilize.
I will continue to grow it with every opportunity that presents itself.
Q: What do you think
will be the most rewarding aspect of your job as a real estate agent for Better
Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in Myrtle Beach?
A: It gives me great
pleasure to know that I have helped
people and families make one of the most critical decisions of their lives.
